He's the only agent I've ever worked with (I've used many over the years) that didn't push me to buy a house I was "fully qualified" for - he was more interested in my needs - which may mean a less expensive house and less commission for him, but better for me. But the truth is, I'm not reviewing him because of how he has been with me.
